Terms and conditions of booking
Nerf Battle Party is organised by The Positive Event Partnership Limited, registered in England and Wales No. 10807513. Our mission is to provide the best possible children’s entertainment for your special occasion. We ask that you adhere to the terms and conditions of booking as detailed below;
Upon making the booking you acknowledge and agree that The Positive Event Partnership is not responsible for any:

Should you need to cancel your party booking, the following cancellation fees apply;

Upon making the booking you acknowledge and agree that The Positive Event Partnership is not responsible for any:
- loss or damages of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising;
- injuries of any nature that your child may suffer;
- loss of or damage to property.
- 50% payment is payable upon booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
- A balance invoice will be issued10 days before the event. Payment must be received by return and no later than 7 days before the event date.
- Additional children and all extras need to be confirmed and paid for at least 72hrs before the event date.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your party booking, the following cancellation fees apply;
- 21 days or more before the event date – no fee
- 14 - 20 days before the event date - 50% cancellation fee (based on cost of original booking including extras)
- 7 - 13 days before the event – 75% cancellation fee (based on cost of original booking including extras)
- Less than 7 days before the event - 100% cancellation fee (based on cost of original booking including extras)
Venue Hire and Food
- Venue hire and food is the responsibility of the client. The venue should be an indoor space of minimum 10m x 6m and free from furniture.
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the venue is suitable and ready for the party to begin at the specified time.
- Where food is provided, this should be served after the Nerf Battle Party session has finished.
Responsibility for Party Guests
- The client accepts full responsibility for the party guests at all times.
- The client must stay present at the venue for the duration of the party.
- The client must advise of any special requirements, in advance of the party activities commencing.
- The client must ensure party guests are fit to participate in the party activities as described.
Participation
- Nerf Battle parties are suitable for children aged 6 and above. Younger children should not be invited or encouraged to participate in the party activities.
Safety & Insurance
- A full risk assessment of the Nerf Battle Party session activities is available to view upon request.
- Public liability insurance is in place and available to view upon request.
- Staff are DBS checked.
- Staff are not medically / first aid trained.
